Stacey is a co-founder of Masland & Barrick, Inc. and a leading CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional in the Harrisburg area since 1986. She is past president and Pro Bono Committee Chair of the Financial Planning Association of Central PA, a 1992 graduate of Leadership Harrisburg Area, and a recipient of the Top Forty Under 40 Award. A Lancaster County native, Stacey earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Franklin & Marshall College and is also a graduate of the College for Financial Planning. Her professional licenses include: Series 7-Registered Representative License, Series 24-General Securities Principal, Series 53 - Municipal Securities Principal, Series 65-Uniform Investment Advisor Law Exam, and Series 63 for PA Securities. Stacey is a WSS registered representative.

Stacey is a Greater Harrisburg Board member & volunteer for Junior Achievement of South Central PA. She also serves on the Finance Committee of Leadership Harrisburg as well as Co-Chair of the Fundraising & Membership Committees of the Simpson Library Friends Board in Mechanicsburg. She is a past President of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners which is now known as the Financial Planning Association of Central PA.
