Stacey is a cofounder of Masland & Barrick, Inc. and a leading CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional in the Harrisburg area since 1986. She is a Greater Harrisburg Board member, past President & volunteer for Junior Achievement of South Central PA, a 1992 graduate of Leadership Harrisburg Area, and a recipient of the Top Forty Under 40 Award. A Lancaster County native, Stacey earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Franklin & Marshall College and is also a graduate of the College for Financial Planning. Her professional registrations include: Series 7-Registered Representative Registration, Series 24-General Securities Principal, Series 53 - Municipal Securities Principal, Series 65-Uniform Investment Advisor Law Exam, and Series 63 for PA Securities. Stacey is a Cetera Advisor Network LLC registered representative, branch manager and OSJ, and holds Life and Long Term Care insurance licenses.

Stacey is a past President and past Pro Bono Committee Chair of the Financial Planning Association of Central PA.  She has also served on the Finance Committee of Leadership Harrisburg as well as Co-Chair of the Fundraising & Membership Committees of the Simpson Library Friends Board in Mechanicsburg. She is founding President of the Friends of the Manheim Community Library and continues to mentor students through Finance Park and Economics for Success programs in the Mechanicsburg School District.

Stacey is married, the mother of three sons and lives in Mechanicsburg.

Audrey S. Myer, CFP^®

Audrey is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM, Financial Advisor and serves as our Director of Financial Planning.  She obtained her CFP® designation in 2012 after completing a two year course with the College for Financial Planning and graduated from the Leadership Harrisburg Area Community Leadership Series in 2015.  Audrey earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Messiah College where she also concentrated in finance.  Her financial registrations include: Series 7- Registered Representative, Series 63- PA Securities and Series 65-Uniform Investment Advisor.  Audrey is a Cetera Advisor Networks LLC registered representative and holds Life and Long Term Care Insurance Licenses.

Audrey currently serves on the Board of Directors of Eder Financial, Inc. (formerly the Brethren Benefit Trust) in Elgin, Illinois and on the Financial Planning Association of Central PA board.  Outside of the office Audrey often volunteers at Camp Swatara as a Challenge Course instructor.  She is a past board member of the Alpha & Omega Community Center in Lancaster and has formerly served as the Secretary of the Stewardship of Finance Action team at her church.  Audrey resides in Lancaster County.

Hope A. Mattos

Hope joined Masland & Barrick, Inc. in 2015 as a Client Associate. She has 16 years of law office experience and public communications. She is a Notary Public. She is responsible for investment operations, processing RIA checks, daily operational tasks, and special projects.

Outside of the office, Hope enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. Hope also enjoys doing crafts and gardening.
 

Carol J. Smeltz

Carol joined Masland & Barrick, Inc. in 2015 as a Client Associate, bringing with her years of experience in financial planning administration and tax preparation.  She is responsible for investment operations, RIA compliance, public communications, technology oversight and special projects.  Her securities registrations include:  Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 6TO - Registered Representative (Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts) and Series 63 - for PA Securities.

Outside of the office, Carol can be found spending time with her sons and caring for her four-legged family members (two Goldendoodles and one German Shepherd dogs).  She enjoys kayaking, hiking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Linzy Brumbaugh

Client Associate

Linzy interned at Masland & Barrick, Inc. while attending college at Central Penn where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. After college, she interned at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service in her home town of Huntingdon, PA. Linzy moved to the area and has been employed with Masland & Barrick, Inc. since 2017 as a Client Associate. She is responsible for investment operations, daily operational tasks, special projects, and bookkeeping and accounting functions.

Outside the office, Linzy enjoys playing volleyball through Harrisburg Young Professionals throughout the year. She also enjoys spending time with her family and taking her dog, Sam, on walks. Linzy volunteers her time at the Great Strides walk every May to help raise awareness for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation through her team, “Laces4Linzy”.

Debra O. Hillman, CPA

Retired

Debra is a Certified Public Accountant and a partner in Masland & Barrick Tax Services, LLC.  She has over 30 years experience in income tax preparation and tax planning.  Since joining the firm in January 2005, Debra has been providing tax planning, in addition to tax preparation services.  She earned her Bachelors' Degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University Capital Campus.  

Debra moved to New Hampshire with her husband, Richard, where they restored a 200 year old farm house.
