We also know that you expect us to provide you with objective financial advice in an efficient manner. Accordingly, all personal financial information we collect from you is maintained in your personal file in our office. We value your trust highly, and consider your personal information extremely confidential. We do not disclose any personal information about you to anyone, unless you have authorized us to release that information to another professional, such as your accountant or attorney. Because we do not rent or sell your personal information to anyone else, we do not have an "opt-out" provision as required by Federal law. Should you also open a brokerage account through Walnut Street Securities, where Pershing would hold your investments, you would be covered under their respective Privacy Policies.
